NAVPRERNA took birth, with a child named Rohit , first student of navprerna a mentally challenged boy, son of one of our society member Mr. Narender Batra. He met Dr. Roma a clinical psychologist at Sir. Gangaram Hospital Delhi for her advice regarding his boy in 2000 and Dr Roma adviced Mr. Batra to admit the boy in any school working in the field of special children, but there was no school in rewari for these children those days. Dr. Roma suggested to start a special school in Rewari for special children like these. Then Mr Narender Batra and Mr. Harish Malik made up there mind to start a school in Rewari and they called a meeting at Shambhu Dayal Dharamshala Railway Road, of special workers and reputed people of the city and decided to start this school at Rewari. Then members met Ms. Geeta Chaturvedi who was running this type of school named Blessing at Gurgaon for her consultancy. Under her consultancy and a team of few students of different schools to identify these type of special children near them. Mr Ashok Goyal, Dinco Pariwar has offered premises for this Nobel cause and constituted a Society of like minded people, and started the school with the name NAVPRERNA SHIKSHAN KENDRA REWARI, the name given by Sh. Dharamveer Juneja and society members gave there commitments for there full support to run this school effectively and parents of these children also gave their positive attitude for the uplifting of their children.
