About Us: Nav Prerna rewari, is a special school established for the overall development of mentally as well as physically challenged children to help them lead a happy life.
Nav Prerna is an N.G.O, working mostly in the region nearby Rewari in Haryana State. As if now the aims of society is to encompass the entire rubric of development, education and rehabilitation. The incidence of disabled population in a country like India has been estimated as 7 to 10 percent of total population. After having the protracted initiations rendered by various agencies in the area of disability rehabilitation, we could only cater to the needs of one percent of disabled persons in the country. Still the major chunk of the target group marginalized from the preview of rehabilitation services. In this context, the organisers of NAVPRERNA SOCIETY felt the need to escalate a planned scientific approach to rehabilitates thw people with disabilities.
OUR MISSION
Navprerna society serve the society by providing the teaching and training services for the rehabilitation of disabled and co-ordinate them with main stream. The institute undertake assessment and evaluation covering case history taking, physical and medical examination, intellectual and development assessment, special education assessment, Therapeutic needs assessment, Vocational assessment. A program plan mode for home based training and demonstration are given to parents for carrying out the skills training or therapy program for home management.
